Biography Diego Marciano
Diego Marciano is an all-round artist based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
His roots lie in Surinam, a country in South America.
Because of his ethnic background he has been inspired by several dancehall and reggae artists.
In his younger years writing lyrics for music was always his passion. First he started with rap music, which lead him to several stage performances across the country
(Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Groningenoutdoor fest)
In 2015 he made the switch from only rap music to different styles.
This switch was followed by a lot of positive reactions from his community and motivated him to continue in this way.
